This menu allows users to create, configure, and manage vehicles used for delivery or logistics operations.
Each vehicle can be linked to a warehouse for inventory control and operational tracking.
New Vehicle
To create a new vehicle in the system, please follow the steps below.
Step 1. Create Vehicle Types
Go to Settings → Vehicle Types → New.
Step 2. The Add Vehicle Type popup will appear. Enter the required information and click Save.
Name: Enter the name of the vehicle type (e.g., Motorcycle, Light Truck, Heavy Truck).
Description: Enter additional notes or details about the vehicle type.
Step 3. Create a New Vehicle
Go to
Vans Management → New.
Step 4. The Add Vehicle form will appear. Fill in the details below and click Save.
Vehicle Code: Enter a code for the vehicle.
Vehicle Name: Enter the name or identifier of
the vehicle.
Vehicle Type: Select a suitable category/type
for the vehicle.
License
Plate:
Enter the license plate number.
Make: Enter the manufacturer brand
(e.g., Toyota, Honda).
Model: Enter the vehicle model (e.g.,
Hilux, Civic, Ranger).
Color: Enter the vehicle color.
Manufacturer
year:
Enter the year the vehicle was manufactured.
VIN: Enter the Vehicle Identification
Number.
Registration
Date:
Select the official registration date of the vehicle.
Fuel Type: Enter the type of fuel the vehicle
uses (e.g., Diesel, Gasoline, EV).
Fuel
Consumption City:
Enter the fuel consumption rate when driving in the city.
Fuel
Consumption Highway: Enter the fuel consumption rate when driving
on highways.
Cargo Type: Enter the type of cargo
compartment (e.g., refrigerated, dry box, multipurpose), to define what kind of
goods the vehicle can carry.
Preservation
System:
Select Yes if the vehicle is
equipped with a cooling or preservation system; otherwise select No.
Height: Enter the maximum height of
the vehicle.
Width: Enter the maximum width of the
vehicle.
Length: Enter the total length of the
vehicle.
Weight: Enter the total weight of the
vehicle.
Capacity: Enter the cargo capacity (e.g., 2
tons, 10 m³, 50 cartons).
Description: Add any notes or additional
information about the vehicle.
Attachment: Upload a picture of the vehicle
(if available).
Once the vehicle is successfully created, the system
automatically generates a warehouse
associated with that vehicle and assigns it accordingly.
The assigned warehouse can be viewed in the Inventory module → Warehouse menu.
Activating a Vehicle
After creation, a vehicle’s status is set to Inactive by default. You must change the status to Active before the vehicle can be used for routes and other operations in the module.
Assign Warehouse
If you need to change the warehouse assigned to a vehicle, follow the steps below:
Step 1. Go to the Vehicle Detail page → click More → select Assign Warehouse.

Step 2. A popup “Assign Warehouse” will appear → select the warehouse you want to assign → click Save.
The list of warehouses is retrieved from Inventory module → Warehouse menu.
Vehicle Detail
Detail
General information of the vehicle.
Stock Inventory
Displays products that have been previously stocked into the warehouse assigned to this vehicle, along with the current on-hand quantity of each product.
Transaction History
Shows all transactions related to the assigned warehouse,
such as:
- Van Stock Receiving
- Van Stock Return
- Van to Van Transfer

Vehicle Tracking
Used to monitor the execution of a vehicle’s route in real
time. It includes the following key functions:
- Select
a vehicle & route to view tracking data
- Display the route path on the map
(Map/Satellite) with stop sequence
- Show
vehicle information: driver, license plate, vehicle type…
- Display
the list of Route Points and execution status (Pending/Done/Skipped…
Purpose: to monitor the movement and task execution
along the route, and compare actual performance against the planned schedule.
Activity Log
Records
all activities related to the vehicle such as:
- Creation of the vehicle record
- Status
updates
- Warehouse
reassignment
- Other
warehouse transactions related to this vehicle
